- Program Duration: The guarantee applies only to our ‘Gold Standard’ students who have utilized our self-paced math program for a minimum of 6 months before their final exams.
- Frequency of Use: Students must have followed the minimum recommended frequency of study
and engagement as outlined in the program guidelines. - Completion of Assessments: Students must have completed all required assessments and quizzes as part of the course.
- Adherence to Path: Students should have generally adhered to the recommended learning path and course structure provided.
- Exam Results: The guarantee applies if the student has failed their exams after meeting the above criteria.
Verification Process
- Performance Records: Our Learning Management System (LMS) will be used to verify the
student’s performance, effort, and usage. This includes tracking engagement,
completion of course materials, and assessment results. - Compliance Check: We will review the student’s adherence to the recommended study path, including frequency of access and completion of assignments.
Claim Process
- Request Submission: To initiate a money-back guarantee request, students must submit a
written request within 7 days of receiving their exam results. - Documentation: Students must provide proof of exam failure and confirm that all eligibility criteria were met.
- Review Period: We will review the request and associated LMS records within 7 business
days of receiving the claim. - Decision Notification: Students will be notified of the decision regarding
their money-back guarantee request within 3 business days after the review.
Terms and Conditions
- Refund Scope: The guarantee covers the subscription fee paid for the Learner-paced math program. It does not include any additional fees or costs associated with the program. Students also have the option of receiving a 50% refund with a 1-year free membership to sit the exam again.
- Non-Eligibility: Students who do not meet all eligibility criteria, including those who
did not follow the recommended learning path or did not engage with the program
as required, will not be eligible for a refund. - Limitations: The money-back guarantee is limited to one claim per student and is not transferable.
- Program Changes: Mathure Learning reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the money-back guarantee at any time.
